This week, Kym’s bridal boot camp offers a new combination of 4 easy workouts you can do with just a mat and a towel to get in shape for the wedding! Go ahead and grab a couple of dumbbells if you want to challenge yourself for certain movements.
Each week is organized into Days 1-7. Choose the day you're on from the drop down menu below and follow the workouts chosen for that day or feel free to change it up by switching out a workout for another one!
Remember, Day 7 is a rest day so take a break! You deserve it.
