This week is filled with simple workouts that are less than 10 mins long to help you get over the 3-week workout hump. Keep pushing through it!
Each week is organized into Days 1-7. Choose the day you're on from the drop down menu below and follow the workouts chosen for that day or feel free to change it up by switching out a workout for another one!
Remember, Day 7 is a rest day so take a break! You deserve it.
